How Does Event Coverage Work?
- First, we discuss the type of event, location, date, hours of coverage, images you would like captured during the event, and any special requests. If you already have sample ideas or a list of images you would like captured, please email.
- You reserve a date and time for the shoot that works best for you or your company's schedule. I provide all lighting and a backdrop if applicable. Quotes/invoices are provided in advance, and if it is a larger event, you will also receive an agreement with coverage details. Payment is due by the day of the event. Check, cash, or credit/debit via PayPal are all accepted.
- I typically arrive 30 minutes early to greet, set up equipment and scout the location.
- Proofs are available in a private online gallery within 2 days of the event, and I will email a link with instructions when ready to view. If you need proofs quicker, please let me know.
- Once images are reviewed to determine if you would like any retouched or printed, all finals long with a reproduction release form are sent within 2 days uploaded via Dropbox or via a mailed DVD.
